At Timber Traditions, every board is handcrafted with care, never mass produced. This dedication to quality means your order may take a little extra time, but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Processing & Production Time
Every Timber Traditions board starts with hand selected hardwood and is shaped with care into a refined, lasting piece. Please allow 7–10 business days for crafting, finishing, and a full quality inspection before your order ships.

Shipping Time
Once your board is complete, we package it securely and ship it to you. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates and Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your board safely. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size and weight of your order.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, allowing you to follow your board’s journey from our workshop to your home.

Local Pickup
For customers in the Spokane area, we offer local pickup as an alternative to shipping. Once your order is ready, we will reach out to coordinate a convenient pickup time.

Damages or Issues
We carefully package each board to ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged or you notice an issue, please email us at info@timbertraditions.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
