Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by our craftsmanship. If your board arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Returns and Exchanges
Because each board is handcrafted and often personalized, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out, and we will do our best to find a solution.
