Every Timber Traditions board is handcrafted from solid hardwood, finished with Odie's Oil hard wax, and built to the same standard we'd hold for our own kitchen. That standard comes with a promise.

We stand behind every board we ship.

• If your board arrives in the wrong size, wood type, or style we'll make it right.
• If your board arrives damaged we'll replace it.
• If your board cracks or warps due to a craftsmanship issue within the first year we'll repair or replace it, no questions asked.

No automated responses. No runaround. You'll hear from a real person who built the business and stands behind the work.

A note on natural hardwood.

Every board is cut from solid wood walnut, maple, or mahogany. No two boards look exactly the same. Grain patterns, color variation, and natural character marks are not flaws. They are what solid hardwood looks like. They are what makes your board yours.
